The Challenge.
Bharat Forge’s logistics operations were heavily dependent on aging diesel trucks, contributing significantly to carbon emissions. With key corridors like Mundhwa–Baramati lacking EV infrastructure, the company needed a cost-effective, low-carbon solution that also aligned with circular economy principles.
What We Did.
Fitsol retrofitted Bharat Forge’s existing diesel trucks with battery-electric drivetrains, extending vehicle life and avoiding scrappage. We also installed a 240 kWh fast-charging station powered by renewable energy and oversaw end-to-end deployment in collaboration with Kalyani Powertrain.

- 100% reuse of vehicle chassis—zero scrappage waste
- Fast-charging infrastructure enabled clean fleet operations
